SiteNezt ("we", "us", "our") is a free website builder that lets anyone create a website in seconds. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

By using SiteNezt, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

When you create a website

• Business name — displayed on your website
• Business description — displayed on your website
• Website type — used to select the right template
• Subdomain — used to create your website address (yourname.sitenezt.com)
• WhatsApp number (optional) — used to enable visitor contact on your website

When visitors contact a site owner

• Name — provided by the visitor
• Email address — provided by the visitor
• Message (optional) — provided by the visitor

All data is stored in Supabase (our database provider). We do not collect payment information.

• To create and serve your website at its URL
• To enable visitors to contact you through the contact form on your website
• To display visitor messages in your site dashboard
• To improve the SiteNezt service

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the services listed below.

SiteNezt uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Google Analytics 4 (ID: G-MZBRVB1FRN) — collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and device type. Google may set cookies in your browser. Google Privacy Policy
• Microsoft Clarity (ID: w2ncjndsd4) — records anonymised session heatmaps and click data to help us improve the UI. Clarity may set cookies in your browser. Microsoft Privacy Statement
• Supabase — our database and backend provider. Data is stored on Supabase's servers. Supabase Privacy Policy

SiteNezt itself does not set cookies. The analytics services above may set their own cookies.

Your website data and any leads collected by your site are stored indefinitely until you request deletion. We do not have an automated deletion process at this time.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data and website
• Opt out of analytics by using browser extensions like uBlock Origin

SiteNezt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of SiteNezt after changes means you accept the updated policy.
