SiteNezt is a free website builder that allows users to create simple websites for personal or business use.

You may use SiteNezt to create websites for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Create websites that contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Create websites that distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using SiteNezt. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and the consequences of sharing it. We do not monitor all user content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Websites created on SiteNezt are assigned a subdomain under sitenezt.com (e.g., yourname.sitenezt.com). Subdomains are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We reserve the right to reclaim subdomains that:

• Violate trademark or intellectual property rights
• Are misleading or impersonate others
• Contain offensive or inappropriate language
• Have been inactive for an extended period

SiteNezt is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

The SiteNezt name, logo, website design, templates, and all related intellectual property are owned by us. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

The website templates and designs provided by SiteNezt are licensed to you for use within the Service only. You may not extract or use these templates outside of SiteNezt.

SiteNezt is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

In no event shall SiteNezt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which is zero for the free service).
